The boiler adopts a horizontal internal combustion wet-back structure, equipped with imported burners and a microcomputer control system. It features automatic ignition, temperature regulation and multiple safety protection functions.Designed with a large furnace chamber and thick smoke tubes, together with a corrugated furnace liner to improve heat transfer efficiency, the unit is fitted with a flue gas waste heat recovery device, achieving a thermal efficiency of 93%~94%.Adopting a non-pressure atmospheric design, the boiler integrates overheat protection, dry-burning prevention, electric leakage protection and other safety mechanisms. It is widely applicable to government institutions, hospitals, hotels, schools, shopping malls, agricultural and livestock breeding bases, as well as various manufacturing industries.
1、Adopt horizontal internal combustion wet-back three-pass flue gas structure with reasonable and compact layout.
2、The boiler is equipped with corrugated furnace liner and threaded smoke tubes to enhance heat transfer and improve thermal efficiency.
3、Detachable front and rear smoke box doors facilitate boiler maintenance and overhaul.
4、By setting start-stop temperatures for the burner and circulating water pump, the control system operates automatically under preset conditions. Meanwhile, it displays system operating parameters as well as supply and return water temperatures, and shows alarm information once faults occur.
5、Manual operation mode: the circulating water pump and burner can be operated directly under manual state. Corresponding prompts will be triggered in case of faults, and manual operation will be prohibited to guarantee system safety.
6、Adopting advanced digital control technology to realize precise remote monitoring of combustion process. High-quality domestic and international electrical components are used for the power circuit of the control cabinet with reliable quality. The controller is LCD or touch screen type featuring high automation and easy operation. It realizes automatic control of combustion, water level and temperature, together with interlock protections including gas leakage alarm, overpressure protection, overtemperature protection, water shortage protection, as well as anti-freezing and timing functions. The control unit displays operating status in Chinese and graphics, equipped with online operation guide and automatic fault diagnosis. Automatic operation cooperates with manual operation for mutual backup, achieving human-machine interaction.
7、A condensing heat exchanger can be additionally installed at the flue gas outlet to reduce exhaust gas temperature and recover sensible heat and latent heat from flue gas, lifting boiler efficiency to over 95%.
