The boiler adopts a horizontal internal combustion three-pass full wet-back design with a 100% corrugated furnace liner, featuring excellent thermal expansion performance. It is equipped with a water-cooled reversal combustion chamber and a 100% water-shell-fire overall structure design. The sufficient heating surface area and rational structural layout guarantee the boiler's high-efficiency operation.The thermal efficiency of the high-efficiency and energy-saving Yuanzhao brand steam and hot water boiler series reaches 92% - 102%, with low energy consumption. The large-volume combustion chamber combined with a reasonable structural layout can transfer more heat into water, greatly enhancing the heat exchange efficiency between fuel and hot water.
1、 Adopting a horizontal wet-back three-pass structure with central symmetrical layout, the boiler optimizes the stress distribution of tube sheets. The combustion chamber and smoke tubes of the wet-back structure are fully submerged in water for superior cooling performance. The large combustion chamber allows full flame expansion and complete combustion. All tube sheets of the reversal chamber are connected by flanged butt joints, delivering a robust structure and long service life.
2、The corrugated furnace tube expands the heating surface and relieves damage to the combustion chamber caused by thermal expansion and contraction, boosting structural strength. The large furnace volume ensures thorough combustion and fuel savings.
3、Threaded smoke tubes are equipped to strengthen heat exchange and raise thermal efficiency.
4、A flow guide device is installed on the boiler return water pipeline, directing return water to scour high-temperature components including the furnace tube and fire box. This improves heat transfer and effectively prevents local subcooled boiling, safeguarding boiler operational safety.
5、Advanced digital control technology is adopted to realize precise remote monitoring of the combustion process. High-quality domestic and international electrical components are used for high-voltage parts of the control cabinet with reliable quality. The controller is equipped with LCD or touch screen panels featuring high automation and easy operation. It integrates interlock protection functions including automatic control of combustion, water level and temperature, leakage detection alarm, as well as protection against overpressure, overtemperature and water shortage.
6、 A condensing heat exchanger is added at the flue gas outlet. Its spiral finned tubes enhance the absorption of sensible heat and latent heat in flue gas, lowering exhaust gas temperature and lifting boiler thermal efficiency to over 95%.
It is highly suitable for environments with high working pressure, with outstanding heat absorption rate and thermal efficiency.
