Description

This project selects a total of 4 WNS pressurized hot water boilers, equipped with high-efficiency condensing heat recovery systems. They are important heat sources for winter heating in Xihongmen Town, Daxing District, Beijing, ensuring the normal winter heating needs of residents.

Core advantage

It adopts a three-pass fully wet-back structure, with a unique front and rear smoke box design and manufacturing process. It uses a large furnace full mixed combustion and high-efficiency low-resistance spiral smoke tube heat transfer technology, and is equipped with a high-efficiency condenser, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 98%.

2. The optimized flue gas system and forced water circulation system, along with the unique front and rear flue box design, reduce flue gas resistance and ensure uniform heating throughout. Install safety explosion-proof doors and mechanical overpressure alarm shutdown devices to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

3. Fully automatic PLC control, high-definition touch screen display, one-key start and stop, automatic load adjustment, and interlock protection for various faults.

4. The furnace chamber is optimally designed to perfectly match the flames of various burners. It adopts flue gas external circulation (FGR), with NOx < 30mg/m³.

Construction and Performance

1. The furnace tube adopts a corrugated structure, which not only increases the area for radiation and convective heat transfer but also meets the need for free expansion of the furnace tube after being exposed to high-temperature radiation.

2. According to the flame sizes of various burners, the furnace size has been specifically optimized. The furnace and the burner flame are perfectly matched, effectively suppressing the formation of NOx and preventing high-temperature flue gas from directly eroding the furnace tube. Combined with thermal engineering tests, the radiant heating area of the furnace and the convective heating area of the smoke tubes were reasonably allocated, which prolonged the service life of the boiler and improved its thermal efficiency.

3. It adopts a three-pass fully wet-back structure, featuring excellent heat exchange performance and a long service life. The unique front and rear smoke box design and manufacturing process, with an internal labyrinth-type heat insulation device, an external U-shaped slot hinge design, and an overall steel panel, is heavy and sturdy, effectively reducing heat dissipation loss and improving the boiler's thermal efficiency.

4. Condenser

A condenser can be installed at the rear of the boiler. The counter-flow arrangement structure features a large heat exchange temperature difference and excellent heat transfer performance. The finned tube heat exchanger with an optimized design features a large finalization ratio, high finalization efficiency and low flue gas flow resistance. The condenser is arranged on the top of the boiler, with a compact structure and no floor space occupied. The flue gas outlet can be arranged with circular or square flanges according to the on-site installation conditions, moving forward, upward or backward, which is convenient for installation and construction. A variety of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials are available for selection: corrosion-resistant carbon steel, ND steel (09CrCuSb), stainless steel (SUS304), etc.

5. It adopts a structure of high thermal resistance aluminosilicate fiber + fireproof aluminum foil heat reflection film + insulation cotton, with a low thermal conductivity and good insulation effect, and has a high fire safety grade.

6. The appearance, meticulously designed by professional industrial styling designers, is novel and unique yet harmonious with the surrounding environment, completely transforming the bulky image of industrial boilers. The surface is sprayed with high-grade environmentally friendly paint, with pure color, water resistance and scratch resistance. The front and rear surfaces of the furnace are coated with high-temperature matte paint, which is smooth and beautiful, sturdy and durable, and easy to maintain and service.
