The ZKW series oil (gas fired vacuum hot water boiler is a high-efficiency and safe vacuum phase-change boiler.I is widely applied in space heating,central air conditioning,sanitary hot water supply and industrial process heating.Inside the sealed furnace,a negative pressure vacuum environment is created.The heat medium water is heated to produce steam,which condenses on the heat exchanger and releases latent heat to indirectly heat the water of the external system.The whole process adopts phase-change heat transfer,with a thermaleficiency up to 95% and outstanding energy-saving performance.
1、The vacuum boiler operates under vacuum negative pressure conditions. Equipped with a mechanical overpressure rupture disc on the boiler shell, it is a truly explosion-proof boiler with excellent safety performance.
2、The vacuum boiler shell adopts a horizontal three-pass wet-back structure with central symmetrical layout, which optimizes the stress distribution of tube sheets. The combustion chamber and smoke tubes of the wet-back structure are fully immersed in water for superior cooling performance. The large combustion chamber facilitates full flame propagation and complete combustion.
3、Operating under vacuum conditions lowers the boiling point. Heat transfer relies on latent heat of vaporization (condensation latent heat), effectively improving thermal efficiency.
4、A fixed volume of heat medium water is sealed inside the boiler shell. The one-time filled heat medium water circulates in a closed environment without corrosion or scaling. Its service life is approximately three times that of conventional boilers, reaching up to 20 years.
5、Internally fitted with specially treated stainless steel or copper heat exchangers assembled via flanges for easy maintenance, featuring outstanding heat exchange performance and fast temperature rise.
6、The heat exchanger is separated from the header. Heating water and domestic hot water are supplied through independent pipelines to meet customers’ separate demands for heating and clean sanitary hot water.
7、Heat exchange takes place inside the boiler with high efficiency. The overall design is scientific, rational and compact, reducing floor space occupation by 50–70%.
8、Customers are exempted from annual inspections and approval procedures required for pressure vessel boilers, cutting relevant costs.
9、Adopting advanced digital control technology to enable accurate remote monitoring of operation. The controller is equipped with LCD or touch screen, featuring high automation, simple operation, automatic control over heating, water level and pressure, as well as interlock protection functions against overpressure and water shortage. The control system displays operating status in Chinese with graphics, provides on-site operation guides and automatic fault diagnosis. It supports fully automatic operation together with manual mode for standby switching, realizing man-machine interaction.
