Description

1. Full Condensing Technology

Innovative structural design with advanced dual-stage (air preheating + flue gas condensation) condensation heat exchange technology. While maximizing heat output, it fully absorbs the waste heat from flue gas. The exhaust temperature can be as low as 1-15°C above the return water temperature, achieving superior heat transfer efficiency with thermal efficiency reaching up to 106%.

2. Ultra-Low Nitrogen Emissions

Integrated water-cooled surface combustion with precise air-fuel ratio control maintains the optimal mixing ratio at all times. Low-temperature blue flame combustion ensures more complete combustion and ultra-low emissions of harmful substances, with nitrogen oxide emissions far below 30mg/Nm³.

3. Vacuum Phase-Change Heat Exchange Technology

Utilizes heat medium water to produce negative pressure steam at low-temperature boiling under negative pressure, which outputs heat. The negative pressure steam heats the cold water in the condensation heat exchanger. After condensation, the steam forms water droplets that flow back to the heat medium water to be reheated and vaporized, completing the entire cycle.

4. Advanced Insulation Technology

The boiler employs "air insulation layer" technology, with aluminum silicate and mirror aluminum foil applied to the furnace surface, significantly reducing heat loss.

5. Intelligent Control

One-button start/stop operation makes operation simpler and more intelligent. Full Chinese operation interface with multi-level menu operation authority management, automatically records operating parameters, curves, and faults. Multiple boilers can be easily controlled in coordination.

6. Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger

Made of SUS304 stainless steel with multi-pass straight-tube arrangement for high heat exchange efficiency. Can be used in single, parallel, or series connection to meet different heating requirements for temperature and pressure.

8. Extended Service Life
