Fully Premixed Ultra-Low Nitrogen Full-Condensing Stainless Steel Hot Water Boiler,It adopts built-in integrated fully premixed water-cooled surface combustion mode with low-temperature blue flame combustion, which effectively lowers the furnace temperature and inhibits the generation of nitrogen oxides, easily achieving NOₓ emissions below 30mg/Nm³.The boiler adopts a small water volume design with fast thermal response speed.
Adopting advanced in-furnace condensing heat transfer technology, high-temperature flue gas conducts counter-current heat exchange with low-temperature hot water, enabling full absorption and utilization of waste heat in flue gas, with the maximum thermal efficiency reaching up to 109%.The overall boiler is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, featuring excellent resistance to condensation corrosion and internal anti-scaling design, endowing the boiler with an ultra-long service life. It adopts an integrated appearance design with compact and elegant shape, free modular combination, simple installation and convenient transportation.

1. Full Condensing Technology
Innovative structural design with advanced dual-stage (air preheating + flue gas condensation) condensation heat exchange technology. While maximizing heat output, it fully absorbs the waste heat from flue gas. The exhaust temperature can be as low as 1-10°C above the return water temperature, achieving superior heat transfer efficiency with thermal efficiency reaching up to 109%.
