The WNS horizontal condensing steam boiler adopts a horizontal internal-combustion three-pass fire tube structure. It is equipped with threaded smoke tubes and a corrugated furnace liner, with an additional condensing heat exchanger installed at the flue gas outlet.The large steam space lowers the speed of steam separation from the water surface. Built-in steam-water separation device ensures stable output of high-quality steam.With high overall cost performance, this product is widely used in industrial and commercial scenarios that require stable saturated steam, pursue energy conservation and environmental protection, prioritize easy operation, and demand 24-hour continuous steam supply.
1、It adopts a wet-back three-pass structure with central symmetrical layout, which optimizes the stress distribution of tube sheets. The combustion chamber of the wet-back structure is fully submerged in water for superior cooling performance. The large combustion chamber facilitates full flame expansion and complete combustion. All tube sheets of the reversal chamber are connected by edge butt welding, delivering a robust structure and extended service life.
2、The corrugated furnace liner expands the heating surface and mitigates damage to the combustion chamber caused by thermal expansion and contraction, boosting structural strength. The large furnace volume enables thorough combustion and significant fuel savings.
3、The front smoke box is connected via hinges with double-layer sealing for easy opening. Lightweight high-quality sealing and heat insulation materials are applied to block smoke and isolate heat, lowering the surface temperature of front and rear panels and improving thermal efficiency.
4、The ample steam space slows down the separation speed of steam from the water surface. A built-in steam-water separator is equipped to guarantee high-quality steam output.
5、Threaded smoke tubes are installed to enhance heat exchange performance and raise thermal efficiency.
6、A water mixing device is fitted at the boiler feed water inlet. Low-temperature feed water first flushes the smoke tube bundles; after the feed water temperature rises, it contacts high-temperature components such as the furnace liner and fire box. This effectively prevents local subcooled boiling and ensures safe boiler operation.
7、 Advanced digital control technology is adopted to realize remote precise monitoring of the combustion process. The high-power components of the control cabinet adopt well-known domestic and foreign electrical parts with reliable quality. The liquid crystal or touch screen controller features high automation and simple operation, with interlock protection functions including automatic control of combustion, water level and pressure, gas leakage detection alarm, overpressure protection, overtemperature protection and low-water protection.
8、A condensing heat exchanger is added at the flue gas outlet, made of ND corrosion-resistant steel featuring fast heat conduction and long service life. Spiral finned heat exchange tubes strengthen the absorption of sensible and latent heat from flue gas, reduce exhaust gas temperature, and lift boiler efficiency to over 95%.
It is highly suitable for environments with high working pressure, with outstanding heat absorption rate and thermal efficiency.
