1、Full Condensation Heat Transfer Technology
The aminar flow boiler adopts an advanced compact natural circulation water pipe structure design, consisting of upper and lower headers, tube rows, etc, without adrum. Combined with innovative condensation and heat exchange technology, it not only represents one of the safest boiler structures among all boilers but also achieves operating pressure and temperature rapidly upon startup without preheating waste.
2、Vacuum Phase Change Heat Transfer Technology
The flue gas tail discharge is equipped with a high temperature economizer and a low-temperature condenser. The exhaust gas temperature is as low as 60℃. A large amount of high-level latent heat is released through the condensation of water vapor after natural gas combustion, which fully absorbs the higher heating value of natural gas, achieving a thermal efficiency of more than 100%.
3、Ultra-high Steam Quality
The carefully designed buit-in four-stage steam-water separation system ensures thorough separation of the steam-water mixture. Combined with a reasonable gas collection space, impurities are removed along with water droplets during steam separation, achieving a steam dryness of up to more than 98%.
4、Surface Premixed Combustion Technology
It adopts fully premixed low-temperature surface combustion. Air and gas are mixed to the optimal combustion ratio by the ully premixed fan and Venturi tube in advance. Then combustion occurs on the low-temperature surface of the metal wire mesh. The heat generated is transferred to the heat exchanger via thermal radiation with uniform distribution, ensuring higher combustion efficiency and lower emission of harmful substances.
5、New Insulation Technology
It adopts a high-density aluminum silicate felt plus air insulation layer process, with an outer stainless steel decorative panel for heat insulation. The body temperature is only about 10℃ higher than the ambient temperature. This not only prevents heat loss and locks in the heat of the body, improving thermaleficiency by 3 to 5 percentage points, but also gives the unit an attractive and elegant appearance.
6、Intelligent Control Technology
Intelligent touch control display with one key start/stop operation and real time dynamic operation interface. It displays key operating parameters such as steam pressure, temperature and combustion status in real time, automatically records operation curves and faults and easily realizes the joint control of mulipleboilers.
7、No Inspection Required, Easy To Install
In accordance with the latest national standards,the total volume of the evaporator is less than 50L. It is inspected during factory manufacturing, while users are exempt from inspection and do not require certified boiler operators for installation and operation. It is delivered as a fully assembled electromechanical unit, making on-site installation and maintenance simple. It can be put into operation simply by connecting the water, eloctrical and gas pipelines.
8、Extremely long service life
A more rational design ensures more stable operation and greater durability. All components are precision manufactured in modules, which can serve as mutual backups and be replaced independently. The entire unit does not need to be discarded due to partial failure, theoretically enabling an infinitely extended service life.
