WNS Full Condensation High-efficiency Steam Boiler

The WNS Full Condensing High-efficiency Steam Boiler is an energy-saving equipment adopting advanced condensing technology to recover waste heat from flue gas. It features a lower flue gas temperature with a thermal efficiency of over 100%, saving approximately 10%-15% energy compared with traditional boilers.

The boiler adopts a wet-back central low-position symmetrical layout and a corrugated furnace tank, with a full flanged design for the combustion chamber and threaded smoke tubes. It achieves first-class energy efficiency and two-stage condensation, which reduces exhaust gas temperature and improves overall boiler efficiency.It uses clean fuels such as natural gas and diesel, and can greatly cut long-term operating costs. It is widely applicable to high-end food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical, textile printing and dyeing, papermaking & packaging, wood building materials, rubber & plastic, leather, grain and oil feed and other industries.
