The SZS water-tube steam boiler series adopts a double-drum longitudinal D-type layout structure. Water, steam or steam-water mixtures flow inside the tubes, while flames and flue gas combust and circulate outside the tubes.The boiler is fully equipped with bent water tubes. The cross-sectional area inside the tubes is smaller than that outside, which greatly increases the flow velocity of steam and water. The steam generated on the heating surface is discharged immediately, effectively improving the heat absorption capacity of boiler water.Meanwhile, it features ultra-high steam-water flow speed and an excellent water circulation system, delivering high evaporation efficiency and strong adaptability to load changes. It is highly suitable for environments with high working pressure, with outstanding heat absorption rate and thermal efficiency.
1. Fouling of Full Membrane Water Wall
The front and rear walls of the boiler body adopt a full membrane water wall structure, which greatly extends the service life of the front and rear walls to over 20 years. Full sealed welding is applied between the membrane water walls and upper & lower drums to prevent flue gas leakage and water seepage.
2. High Steam Quality
Properly sized steam drum and equipped steam-water separators reduce water entrainment in steam, guarantee high-quality steam and improve the thermal efficiency of the whole system.
3. Manholes & Inspection Doors
Manholes are arranged on the front and rear sides of the upper and lower drums, while inspection doors are installed at the boiler rear. They feature easy opening, facilitating internal and external boiler maintenance and cleaning.
4. Safety Devices
The boiler is equipped with explosion doors and flame detectors. It is integrated with safety protection functions including automatic water level adjustment, high/low water level alarm, overpressure alarm, and boiler shutdown on ultra-low water level.
5. Combustion Chamber
A full membrane water-cooled wall structure is adopted to enhance heat transfer efficiency. Micro-positive pressure combustion technology eliminates flue gas cross-leakage and delivers a pollution-free operating environment.
6. Low Heat Loss of Furnace Body
Premium aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mortar are used for thermal insulation. A self-supporting steel frame structure is adopted, with no heat-conducting supports between the furnace body and outer shell.
It is highly suitable for environments with high working pressure, with outstanding heat absorption rate and thermal efficiency.
