The LSS vertical steam generator adopts internationally advanced modular design concept. It features exquisite and compact structure, which greatly reduces the floor space of the equipment. With simple installation, it effectively saves users' installation costs. It is widely applied in industries requiring steam supply, such as food and pharmaceutical, washing and ironing, biochemical, building materials and other fields.
1、Energy Saving
Adopting water tube scale fin design, the unit features small volume and rapid heat exchange, and can generate steam quickly after cold startup. Equipped with unique steam-water separation structure to achieve high steam dryness. The complete machine is delivered as a whole, fitted with finned tube economizer or energy-saving water tank (depending on model), which reduces exhaust gas temperature, enhances heat absorption and improves thermal efficiency.
2、Environmental Protection
Low Nitrogen Emission: Low-nox combustion system is optional, with NOₓ emission as low as 30mg/m³, complying with the strictest domestic environmental regulations (subject to local standards and relevant requirements of the equipment operation area).
3、Safety
Complete and reliable accessories including safety valve, pressure gauge, water level gauge ensure safe and stable equipment operation. Three-level protection for electrical control inspection; electric control intervention and physical braking provide all-round protection for safe equipment operation./4、Packaged Unit
The equipment adopts skid-mounted integrated design. The main body, combustion system, control system, feed water pump, economizer or energy-saving water tank and other auxiliary equipment are integrated together, occupying small floor space.
4、Exempt from Supervision Inspection
The geometric total volume of all product series is less than 30L, so no supervision inspection is required during installation and operation.
5、Easy Installation
Primary instruments and valves are delivered together with the unit. Only pipeline connection is required for on-site installation. Supplied as a complete packaged unit, multiple units can be operated in parallel. Optional supporting products including our skid-mounted water treatment unit, steam manifold are available, greatly shortening on-site construction period.
6、Intuitive & Simple Operation
Magnetic flap level gauge with scale or quartz glass level gauge (depending on model) enables direct observation of water level. Color touch screen or color LCD HMI (depending on model) supports one-key startup with intuitive and convenient operation. It is fully equipped with timing setting, anti-freezing setting and other functions; multi-unit linkage control and IoT functions are optional.
It is extensively used for sectors requiring steam such as food & pharmacy, laundry & ironing, biochemical engineering and construction materials.
